Starters

Rojak – Vegetable salad of cucumbers, beansprouts, onions, iceberg lettuce, green chillies, tau foo in a spicy sesame seed sauce.

Spare Ribs – Pork spare ribs with a fruity sauce.

Satay Ayam – Flame grilled chicken pieces on a skewer served with a spicy peanut sauce.

Laksa Lemak – A spicy coconut flavoured soup with chicken, prawn, beansprouts and egg.

Bergedil – Malay style spicy lamb meatballs with a sweet chilli sauce.

Main Courses

Devil Chicken – Malacca-Portuguese spicy chicken in chilli with ginger
and garlic.

Gulai Daging Lembu – A South Indian influenced beef curry with coconut, potatoes and tomatoes.

Sambal Udang* - Spicy king prawns and aubergines cooked in a chilli and onion sauce with tamarind.

Kari Ikan – Fillets of fish cooked in a South Indian influenced curry with coconut, potatoes, aubergine, okra and tomatoes.

Mee Goreng – Malay style spicy fried noodles with chicken, prawns and beansprouts.
